I am a participating provider with a number of insurance plans including Maine's Affordable Healthcare Plans.  Please inquire with your plan or call me for specific information.  207.985.5580

In order to bill your insurance, your plan must cover behavioral health. I can assess, diagnose and treat many behavioral health concerns.

Please note that many plans do not keep their provider lists "real time" up-to-date so an initial check into your plan may not be accurate.

If I am not a participating provider with your plan, I can work with you out of network and give you the receipt you need to submit for reimbursement.

When calling your plan to inquire about coverage be sure to ask the following:

• What are my mental health or behavioral health benefits?
• What is my co-pay or co-insurance per session?
• Do I have a deductible that I have to meet?
• How many sessions does my plan cover?
• Does my plan require pre-authorization from my PCP?
• Can I self refer?
